Atypical design:
With only 46 sqm of living room, kitchen, hallway and bedroom, this studio has obtained an interesting sense of space. Naturally, a open kitchen was created with a modern bar from the VONDOM brand. Instead of building walls in between, an ingenious approach was taken with cabinets that form a wall and separate the living room and kitchen from the bedroom. By making the cabinets both in the bedroom and in the living room, one gets an acoustic wall.

In order to fit the right furniture into such a small space, every inch matters. There should not be too little furniture, but certainly not too much either. As much furniture as possible without being overloaded. By thinking carefully and drawing everything to size on a floor plan, it is possible to sit at the table with 5 people and 2 more at the bar. Furthermore, there is a large double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
A great result on a small surface:
In total, this studio is 57 m²: 46m² living room, kitchen and bedroom + 8.6m² toilet and beautiful bathroom in marble. In addition, the hall and a laundry room or storage room of 4,7m². Everything fits together and because of a perfect space distribution, one gets more the impression of a grand apartment, than an ordinary studio. Fresh elements, such as the white bar and the coffee table in white lacquered cubic high gloss, form a whole. Added to this are two matching bar stools, which appear to be hard, but ultimately feel very comfortable.
With the beautiful blue carpet from JAB Anstoetz, the colors are perfectly combined. The playful nuances in this carpet make the design even more interesting. Harmony par excellence. At first glance, the sleeping sofa is an ordinary beautiful comfortable sofa, but at a glance this becomes a beautiful bed of 1.6m.
