Small, but beautiful:

Another small project where everything has been renewed. Some old houses are just not of our time anymore. So we start with insulating the walls, new windows with a coefficient of at least 1.0. Then we take on the plumbing and heating, which is usually located in the screed with outdated pipes. If the plaster of the walls is loose here and there, it is also ideal to re-plaster the walls. This also allows us to immediately renew the entire electricity to current standards.

Beautiful TV furniture:

A TV is a black spot and at Marcottestyle we always get rid of this in a cupboard. Sometimes this can be done with a lift out of the cupboard and here it has been opted to open the cupboard with panels that slide upwards. This cascaded system is not that cheap, but it is functional and has a beautiful design.

Adequate lighting:

Marcottestyle pays a lot of attention to the mood lighting in addition to the functional light. An LED strip has been incorporated into the canopies around the rooms, in which the wooden blinds are concealed. This provides a uniformly beautiful warm white light, where the pendant lamps with gold leaf give more of a real ambiance light.

The kitchen diner :

A 3m table with eight to ten chairs fits perfectly in this space. The kitchen, which has not been renovated, suddenly turns out to be very new. The parquet was extended from the living room to the kitchen,

Before and after:

A world of difference: even the current owners can’t really believe that this is their new home. Other than that, little comment is needed.
