Penthouse next to the EEC Parlement

This penthouse with its 360° view over Brussels is very special of its own right. We were given the assignment to make something extraordinary of this flat with a relatively small surface area of 168 m² without blowing up the budget as well.

The decoration of this unique penthouse was fully entrusted to Marcottestyle, who gave it a considerable added value. There was sun in the house for the entire day, so we quickly opted for automatic reflective sunblinds. Moreover, pure silken blinds were installed to make it cosier. It is not for nothing that this project was also extensively described in the magazine ‘home suit home’ in around ten pages and was also broadcast on RTL TV. See Press and TV reports.

Marcottestyle was given carte blanche for this to create a show-stopper with a previously discussed budget in which politicians, businessmen and other busy people can find some privacy and relax.

The music installation was taken care of right down to the last detail: every room got its own loudspeakers tucked away in the ceiling so that one is able to listen to the most pleasant music from room to room reminding you most, in the end, of a six-star hotel.

All colours were toyed with, without losing track of the theme.
