Here, Marcottestyle was given another ‘carte blanche’ for the complete decoration for a Parisian businessman. From new floors, electricity, redivision of the rooms to the tailor-made kitchen; everything was done by Marcottestyle. This cost a couple € 100,000, but if you look at the ‘before and after’ pictures (see ‘rates & 3D’ section), you will understand that thanks to the created added value, the cost price quickly becomes insignificant since the owner immediately stands to make a profit in case of a sale.

As soon as you open the front door of the flat, you get the feeling of entering a different world.

The theme really is consciously black and white with red accents; the style certainly can be regarded as being specific. You could call it clean modern, although sometimes it leans towards classic only to stick with some design details.

The kitchen is small, but state of art with high gloss lack.

The extraordinary is followed through even up to the bathrooms.

The main bathroom has a corner bath and a massage shower. The water coming out of the taps becomes red or blue, depending on whether the water is hot or cold. This of course does not mean the water is actually coloured, but the background changes colour as the water flows along a special, see-through cascade and becomes warmer.

This is an example of a professional approach that has led to a harmonic COMPLETE DECORATION.

More than enough reason for several magazines to dedicate around ten pages to it, such as ELLE decoration, as well as the book ‘Wonen met Stijl – tijdloos wegdromen’ (see ‘Press & TV’)
